This Agreement, effective December 12, 2014, is entered into between the Regents of the University of California, a corporation, referred to hereinafter as the "University" and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 501, including its Subordinate Branches AFL- CIO, referred to hereinafter as the "Union."
