This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this September 20th, 2023, by and between Plowshare Solar, LLC, as a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, and Commonwealth Edison (‘‘Electric Distribution Company’’ (EDC)), a public utility existing under the laws of the State of Illinois. Interconnection customer and EDC each may be referred to as a ‘‘Party,’’ or collectively as the ‘‘Parties.’’
