THIS GRANT CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor", and Clyde Malone Community Center, a non- profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". Sponsor or Grantee may be referred to collectively as “the Parties.”
