THIS INSTALLMENT SALE AGREEMENT, dated as of May 1, 2012, is by and between the PISMO BEACH PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, a joint powers authority duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “Authority”), and the CITY OF PISMO BEACH, a municipal corporation and general law city, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California (the “City”).
