THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective this 28TH day of June, 2023, by and between TOWN OF BLUFFTON (“Customer”) and Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc. ("Company"), a South Carolina corporation. Customer and Company may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
