This Second Amendment to Dealer Agreement, dated as of March 27, 2025 (this "First Amendment"), is between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS (the "City") and J.P. MORGAN SECURITIES LLC. (the "Dealer"). For and in consideration of the mutual covenants made herein and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
