The parties agree that the Collective Agreement between H. J. JONES-SONS, LIMITED, 1155 Dundas St., London, Ontario (hereinafter called the “Company”) and COMMUNICATIONS, ENERGY & PAPERWORKERS UNION OF CANADA, LOCAL 100-G (hereinafter called the “Union”), which expired on April 30, 2007 will be renewed for the period from the May 1, 2007 to the April 30, 2010.
