Tenant will be an occupant of the unit Courtyards throughout and only during the Rental Term. Tenant will not exceed the maximum number of persons reported on the reservation to stay in the Premises during the Rental Term, all of whom must be family members or friends of Tenant. Rates are based on occupancy and the under reporting of occupants is not allowed. Use of the Premises by any other persons during the Rental Term shall result in automatic termination of Tenant’s right to use the Premises, without any refund. No key or lock code will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.
