THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into this 16 day of _April , 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF BURBANK, municipal corporation (the “City”) and LAZ PARKING CALIFORNIA, LLC (the “Consultant”). The City and the Consultant are herein referred to, individually, as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
