THIS VENDOR CONTRACT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES ("this Contract") is made as of the date written below between FRONTLINE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, LLC d/b/a FRONTLINE EDUCATION (the "Vendor") on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates including esped.com Incorporated, and the EL PASO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT (the “District”).
