The Antioch Unified School District, a public school employer (hereinafter referred to as “District”) acknowledges the California School Employees Association and its Antioch Chapter #85 (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”) as the exclusive bargaining representative of the District’s Classified employees as described in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference as part of the agreement and in accordance with Chapter 10.7 of the Government Code.
