THIS MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on this day of , 2024 (“Effective Date”), by BlackPine, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Developer”), Frank S Blair Family LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company (“Blair Owner”), Marriott-Slaterville City, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (“MS”), and Farr West City, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (“FW”). Together, MS and FW are sometimes collectively known as “Cities” or individually as “City.” Cities, Blair Owner, and Developer are the “Parties” to this Agreement, and individually each is a “Party” hereto.
