CA Citizen Protection Group, LLC (“CCPG”) and DS Fashions NY Inc. (“DSFNY”) enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”). This Agreement is effective on the date on which it is fully executed by all Parties (“Effective Date”).
