THIS SOUTH FLORIDA HOSTED MASTER USER AGREEMENT, including all Attachments and Exhibits hereto (the “User Agreement”) effective , 2012, (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Motorola Solutions, Inc. (“Motorola”), a Delaware corporation authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, and the City of Fort Lauderdale, a Florida municipality, (“User” or “City” or “Customer”). This User Agreement is subject to acceptance by Motorola.
