THIS CONSULTING MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of July 24, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between Provisions Group, LLC (“PG”) with offices at 604 W Main St, Suite 108 Franklin, TN 37064 and Carahsoft Technology Corp.
