WHEREAS, Consultant hereby represents and warrants to the Town that Consultant is fully qualified to perform the services described in Section 1 of this Agreement by virtue of specialized experience and training, education, and expertise of its principals and employees. Consultant further represents that it is willing to accept responsibility for performing such services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; and
