The College of Southern Maryland Environmental Studies AND The St. Mary's College of Maryland (SMCM) Environmental Studies PREFACE St. Mary’s College of Maryland (SMCM) welcomes students from College of Southern Maryland into our community of learners. This Articulation Agreement is designed to facilitate College of Southern Maryland students' ease of transfer from the Environmental Studies program at College of Southern Maryland to the SMCM Environmental Studies program. This Agreement augments any Guaranteed and Dual Admission agreements signed between The College of Southern Maryland and SMCM. Under this Agreement, College of Southern Maryland students graduating with an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Environmental Studies will be eligible for admission into SMCM Environmental Studies program, provided that students: 1. Submit the SMCM Application for Admission at least six months prior to the start of the semester they wish to transfer to St. Mary’s College of Maryland. 2
