State of Nevada &Collective Bargaining Agreement • May 19th, 2025
Pursuant to NRS Chapter 288, this BATTLE BORN FIRE FIGHTERS ASSOCIATION, Local 3895, UNIT O, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “CBA”) entered into on July 1, 2025, by and between the STATE OF NEVADA (“State” or “Employer”) and the BATTLE BORN FIRE FIGHTERS ASSOCIATION, LOCAL 3895 (“BBFFA” or “Union”) as the exclusive representative of Bargaining Unit O employees, together referred to as the “parties.” This Agreement covers State employees in Bargaining Unit O, which is comprised of Supervisory Firefighters. It is the intent of the parties that this Agreement governs over any applicable legislation passed during the 2025 Legislative Session regarding compensation and benefits provided to State employees unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
