THIS DEED RESTRICTION, entered into as of this the day of March, 2023, by and between the Borough of Allendale, Bergen County, State of New Jersey [“Municipality”], with offices at 500 West Crescent, Allendale, NJ 07401, and Allendale Urban Renewal, LP, a New Jersey limited partnership having offices at 500 West Crescent Avenue, Allendale, NJ 07401, the developer/sponsor (the “Owner”) of an inclusionary residential low or moderate-income rental project (the “Project”). The Municipality shall be assisted by an experienced affordable housing administrative agent (“Administrative Agent”), or its successor.
