THIS FIXED BASE OPERATOR (“FBO”) COMMERCIAL LEASE is made and entered into this 1st day of December 2022 by and between the COUNTY OF SISKIYOU, political subdivision of the State of California as (“Lessor”), and Vali Aviation LLC a Fixed Base Operator and a non-exclusive fuel supplier to the Weed Airport, as (“Lessee”).
