This Donor-advised Fund Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of May 13, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Jane and Joe Donor (“Donors”) and COMMUNITY FOUNDATION SANTA CRUZ COUNTY (“Foundation”), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, to establish a charitable fund at the Foundation.
