This Agreement Between County and Contractor, (this “Agreement”) made and entered into by and between Marion County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, located at 601 SE 25th Ave, Ocala, FL 34471 (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”) and Big D Roofing Services, Inc., located at 3145 NE 36th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34479, possessing FEIN# 20-1158422 (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”) under seal for the Marion Oaks Community Center Re-Roof Project, (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”), and COUNTY and CONTRACTOR hereby agreeing as follows:
