THIS AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2024 (the “Commencement Date”) by and between THE CITY OF BRIDGETON, MISSOURI, a constitutional charter city of the State of Missouri, having an address of 12355 Natural Bridge Road, Bridgeton, Missouri 63044 (the “City”) and CDG Engineers, Inc, a Missouri corporation, having an address of One Campbell Plaza, St. Louis, Missouri 63139 (the “Consultant”).
