This Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of , 2013, is entered into by and between CRHMFA HOMEBUYERS FUND, a joint powers agency organized and operated under Articles 1-4 of Chapter 5 of Division 7 of Title I (commencing with Section 6500) of the California Government Code (hereinafter “CHF”) and the RURAL COUNTY REPRESENTATIVES OF CALIFORNIA, a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation (hereinafter, “RCRC”).
