This is a Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between the COUNTY BOARD OF ARLINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA (“County”) and ORGANIZATION, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Arlington, Virginia (“Grantee”). The County and the Grantee are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
