INCENTIVE AGREEMENT (“First Amendment”) is dated as of June 27, 2022, and is by and between the CITY OF MONTICELLO, an Illinois municipal corporation with offices located at 210 N. Hamilton Street, Monticello, Illinois (“City”), and ASHOKAN PROPERTIES, a New York corporation with an address of 7 Clovewood Road, High Falls, New York (“Recipient”) (the City and Recipient are collectively referred to as “Parties” and sometimes individually as “Party”).
