THIS AGREEMENT (also herein referred to as "Contract"), is made and entered into this 19th day of March 2024, by and between Washoe County, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, acting through the Washoe County Commissioners hereinafter called "OWNER" and Houston Smith Construction, Inc., a General Contractor, Nevada State License No. 0070322 hereinafter called the "CONTRACTOR".
