This First Amendment to the Student Transportation Services Agreement (“First Amendment”) is effective as of the 8th day of September, 2020 (“Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as the Chicago Public Schools (the “Board” or “CPS”) and Reliant Transportation, Inc. with its principal place of business located at 2711 North Haskell Avenue, Ste 1500, LB-2, Dallas, TX 75204 (“Vendor”).
