Emerson Gardens LLC, a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company, with an address at 215 Lexington Street, Woburn, MA 01801 (hereinafter referred to as the “Declarant”) being the owner of the land and buildings shown on the Plan titled ------------, referenced below, with a street addresse of 840 Emerson Gardens Road, Lexington, Ma 02420, as more fully described in Addendum A attached hereto, by duly executing and recording this Master Deed, does hereby submit said land, together with the buildings and improvements now erected thereon, and all easements, rights and appurtenances belonging thereto, except such rights and interests reserved by and to the Declarant hereunder (hereinafter collectively called the “Property”) to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 183A, as now and as may be hereinafter amended (hereinafter referred to as “Chapter 183A”), and does hereby state that the Declarant proposes to, and does hereby, create, with respect to the Property, a condominium
