This Agreement made and entered into this 28th day of August, 2001, between the MATAWAN-ABERDEEN REGIONAL BOARD OF EDUCATION, hereinafter referred to as the "Board", and the MATAWAN REGIONAL TEACHERS ASSOCIATION, a labor organization hereinafter referred to as the "Association."
