FROM CISCO TECHNOLOGY, INC. (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of San José, a municipal corporation of the State of California (“CITY”) and CISCO TECHNOLOGY, INC., a California corporation (“GRANTOR”), for the purpose of satisfying CEQA mitigation requirements by transferring 21.4 acres of habitat land to the CITY. This Agreement is effective only after approval by the CITY to accept the property as evidenced by the CITY’s execution of this Agreement. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement will be the date that the City executes the Agreement.
