(“DBNA”), as successor in interest by merger to Doosan Industrial Vehicle America Corp. (“DIVAC”), with its principal location at 2475 Mill Center Parkway, Suite 400, Buford, Georgia 30518 (collectively, the “Parties,” or individually, “Party”).
