The Professional Services Agreement for Non-Construction project (”Agreement”) originally made and effective as of July 1, 2021 between the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park DISTRICT, a special DISTRICT sub-division of the State of California, herein referred to as “DISTRICT”, and Turf Image Geospatial Consulting, an S Corporation, herein referred to as “CONSULTANT”, is hereby amended and agreed to by both CONSULTANT and DISTRICT as follows:
