This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made on the _____ day of ____________ 2016, (the “Effective Date”) between TopRidge Pharma Limited, a corporation organised and existing under the law of Hong Kong and with its registered address at Unit A, 11th Floor, Chung Pont Commercial Building, 300 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "TP"), and Strides Shasun, a corporation organised and existing under the law of India and having its principal place of business at____________, India ( hereinafter referred to as "SS"). Either TP or SS is, individually, referred to as one Party and Both TP or SS are, collectively, referred to as two or both Parties in this Agreement.
