This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) for Single Point of Presence (SPOP) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation “Qwest”, a Colorado corporation, and Iowa Wireless Services LLC dba i Wireless (“WSP”). WSP and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
