This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “Effective Date”) by and between the FRESNO COUNTY RURAL TRANSIT AGENCY, a California joint powers Public Agency (hereafter referred to as "FCRTA"), and the CITY OF MENDOTA, a California municipal corporation and general law city (hereafter referred to as "CITY"). FCRTA and CITY are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
