This Viewing Professional Services Contract (this “Agreement”) is made effective June 3, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between H2Over Viewers, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the “Company”), and the Drainage Authority of Le Sueur County for County Ditches 4, 17, 47, and 64 (the “Drainage Authority”), for the Redetermination of Benefits and Grass Strip Acquisition for County Ditches 4, 17, 47, and 64 (the “Drainage System”).
