MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is made effective as of the 12th day of April, 2013 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (“Grantee” or “HTFC”) and the New York State Department of Transportation (the “Agency”), a New York State Agency. The foregoing Grantee and Agency shall sometimes be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
