This contract is issued in consideration of the payment of the initial Purchase Payment. This is a variable annuity contract with Annuity Payments and Contract Values increasing or decreasing depending on the experience of the Variable Account shown in the Contract Schedule. We will make Annuity Payments as set forth in this contract beginning on the Income Date. Benefits available under this contract are not less than those required by statute of the state in which this contract is delivered.
