This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of October 8, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and among First Interstate BancSystem, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), First Interstate Bank, a Montana bank (the “Bank”) and James Reuter (“Executive”).
