This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 1, 2018, to be effective as of the “Commencement Date” (as defined below), by and between Christopher & Banks Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its headquarters located in Plymouth, Minnesota (the “Company”), and Keri L.
