THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective this 7th day of May 2020, by and between COLUMBIA STATE BANK, a Washington banking corporation (the “Bank”) and wholly owned subsidiary of Columbia Banking System, Inc.
