This INTERIM INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 21st day of April, 2021 by and between Acquirers Funds, LLC, a California limited liability company with its principal place of business at 415 North Camden Drive, Suite 223, Beverly Hills, California 90210 (the “Adviser”), ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), and Toroso Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 898 N.
