THIS MASTER SERVICING AND TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of June 1, 2007 (this “Agreement”), is hereby executed by and among GS MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Depositor”), U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“U.S. Bank”), as trustee (in such capacity, the “Trustee”), THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“BNY”), as a custodian, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as a custodian, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“U.S. Bank”), as a custodian, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Wells Fargo”), as a custodian (BNY, Deutsche Bank, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo, each as a “Custodian” and together the “Custodians”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as master servicer (in such capacity, the “Master Servicer”) and as securities administrator (in such capacity, the “Securities Administrator”).
