THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by CHEMICAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION, a Michigan corporation (the “Corporation”) and JAMES E. TOMCZYK (“Executive”). The parties agree as follows.
