THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 26th day of October, 2001, by and between SEATTLE GENETICS, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Company") and CLAY B. SIEGALL ("Executive").
