THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and effective as of March 28, 2018 (the “Agreement Date”) by and among Plantronics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”); Triangle Private Holdings II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”); and Polycom, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Polycom”).
