This employment agreement (the “Agreement”) will confirm our offer to you to join IMAX Corporation (the “Company” or “IMAX”) in the position of SVP, Finance starting on February 27, 2025 (such date, or the date that you actually commence employment at the Company, the “Effective Date”) and continuing indefinitely until your employment is terminated in accordance with the “Termination” section below.
