This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of September, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between (i) Northwest Savings Bank (the “Bank”), a Pennsylvania-chartered stock savings bank and Northwest Bancorp, Inc.
