Home BancShares, Inc. (the “Company”) anticipates entering into a Securities Purchase Agreement (the “Participation Agreement”), with the United States Department of Treasury (“Treasury”) that provides for the Company’s participation in the Treasury’s TARP Capital Purchase Program (the “CPP”).
